During this free and non-binding consultation we discuss your fitness needs, your medical condition and establish your goals. This gives us the opportunity to get to know one another. When there is a connection, the gathered background information will help me to develop your personal fitness program.

PERSONAL TRAINER
My passions are fitness and sports. Since 2015 I’ve been going to the gym and I’m into many other sports (taekwondo, badminton, tennis, running, …).
My biggest strength is motivating people. That’s why I choose to become a certified personal trainer. Thanks to the EREPS 3 & 4 professional courses I am able to teach you the different movement patterns in a safe and controlled way, and provide nutritional advice.
Learning new things should not be boring. Every training is designed to be fun, diversified and a little bit more challenging than the last one.
